Decency Is Not Black and White

Sometimes the line between decent and not decent can be tough to distinguish. Take, for example, this video of Mariah Carey uncorking one:

I have nothing against Mariah. I love her ghetto fabulous style, her total disregard for appropriate attire, and mostly her ridiculous octave range, not to mention her true grasp of R&B jams. But to not be able to even get the ball off the ground? Not decent.
